What we collect
When you upload a quote, we process the document to extract specification data. If you request a company introduction, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and installation address. We collect only what is necessary for the service.
How we use your data
Quote data is used solely to calculate your score. Contact details are used to send your results and, where you have requested it, to introduce you to a company. We never sell your data to third parties.
Who we share data with
If you request a company introduction, your contact details are shared with that company only. We use Supabase for secure data storage, Anthropic's API for document analysis, and Zapier to route lead data. All are bound by data processing agreements.
Retention
Quote submission data is retained for 12 months. Lead data is retained for 24 months. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@quotescore.co.uk.
Cookies
We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies at this time. Functional cookies may be set by our hosting provider.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact hello@quotescore.co.uk.
